SUMMARY
I redesigned this application for the startup named eDynamics. This application allows the user to find a house without any middle person in India. Their aim was to create a fairer platform for landlords and tenants by cutting out the middleman, i.e. the estate agents. PropertyConsultant’s four main personas were the landlords, tenants, home viewers, and service providers. However, for this project, our primary persona were the landlords.
Initially, I spend plenty amount of time to learn the basic flow of the application. After the examine it carefully I carried out the pilot testing with the potential users. I used Think aloud test, Heuristic Evaluation, and Cognitive Walkthrough for the pilot testing. There were some issues related to the flow of the application, aesthetics, and color theories as well. To solve these problems I started with designing the basic flow of the application followed by wireframes.
By using the wireframes I performed user testing using the probable users and try to eliminate the errors. I used results obtained from Low-Fidelity Prototypes to enhance the High-Fidelity Prototype.

A small animation representing the splash screen where the small blocks which are representing the building from the bottom.
By using this feature user can post their property.
Dashboard, using this feature user can request some demands to their higher authorities and at the same they can see the demands by their team members.
HR can access the database of all the employees. It includes the details of each and every employee.
Details about the properties which user is looking for. It also has the details about the society.
This screen helps to get the user database about the sales. Here we can access individual as well as team reports. Report has some features like pending follow ups, total enquiries etc.
Some basic information about the user which includes- designation, name of the team leader etc.
