IDEATION
Rough Sketches

Affinity Diagram

We used a value proposition canvas to verify that the service and product we were building address the pain points while creating gain for the user.
USER JOURNEY
Making sure to keep in mind the user’s perspective while deciding the solution to go with, I designed a few storyboards based on our solution representing the user journey through different phases of the retail shopping experience.

LOW FIDELITY PROTOTYPE

Welcome message as the user enters the store
Notification popups when the user passes by the store
The user uses the QR code to scan the items so as to try them virtually in a mirror

If the user is doubtful about the item he or she can delete that one from the cart

A user can use the fingerprint as a payment method
Scanned items by the user which he or she is going to purchase
HIGH FIDELITY PROTOTYPE
